Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Tala Barbotin Khalidy ships all orders from Paris using trusted courier partners. We work with a range of services (including DHL, UPS, Chronopost, FedEx, and others), depending on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. Our collaborations with other partners are subject to that partner’s delivery country of choice (E.G Sayran collaboration is shipped from the USA.)

Tala Barbotin Khalidy will ship your order within 5–7 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery timelines vary according to destination and courier service. For pre-order items, orders will be shipped within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Tala Barbotin Khalidy is not liable for import duties, VAT, or customs fees on international orders. Tracking will be provided on the day of shipment.

Let us know when you place an order if you'd like to sign for your package (please make sure to do this if you've had a package go missing or stolen before). For all orders, you will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order ships.

If you select Express options, we will do everything in our power to ship the following business day.

If you believe your package is damaged or missing, please file a claim with the courier indicated in your tracking information. Tala Barbotin Khalidy is not responsible for providing refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.


Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be delivered damaged, or have been the incorrect product you ordered (wrong size applies.) It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or ordered in the wrong size. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at tala@talabarbotinkhalidy.com.


Shipping for Returns

To return your product, send us an email at tala@talabarbotinkhalidy.com to receive information about the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
